We are Tally

We believe credit cards should be a passport, not a burden. We believe lending should be fair. APRs should be low. And that owning credit cards should be empowering. We're finance meets technology wrapped up in a simple, elegant, incredibly powerful app.

Tally Spotlights

Jasper & Jason

Co-founders

It all started with a simple question: “Why are credit card interest rates so high?” That started their journey to build Tally, their second startup together. Previously, they founded Gen110 which operated in the residential solar financing space and was backed by KPCB. They met at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business where they each earned their MBA.

Both have young kids who keep them busy outside of work and whom they love taking camping. Jasper dreams of getting his handicap below his wife’s one day and admires Olafur Eliasson’s creativity. On a nice day you can find Jason with his bike on top of Mt Tamalpais at sunrise.

Brandea Bunnag

Armed with strong technology consulting experience from Accenture, where she owned analytics in finance, user acquisition, product, and business strategy - Brandea joined Tally in March 2017 as their first Business Analyst. She holds a degree from UC Berkeley where she studied Applied Mathematics with focuses in Computer Science and Statistics.

Brandea is an adventure-seeking LA native and San Francisco's newest bike commuter. She joined Tally out of her love for personal finance and its ability to fund priceless experiences.

Jason is enjoying his second stint in the Bay Area, where in a previous life he earned a BS and MS in Chemical Engineering at Stanford. As a lifelong Chicago Cubs fan, we cut him some slack when he admits launching Tally was tied for the best thing that happened in 2016.
