Tally Wins Comparably Awards for Best Company Happiness and Best Work-Life Balance

Tally

October 11, 2022

Tally is excited to announce it has won two more Comparably employer brand awards for Best Company Happiness and Best Company Work-Life Balance!

Coming off of the recent award win in July for Best Company for Career Growth, this brings Tally’s 2022 Comparably award total to three– the most in company history.

A leading factor to Tally’s award success can be found through its core value of Don’t Say Nothing (#DSN). Living this core value allows employees to speak their mind, challenge, cheer, and converse. Employees are encouraged to do so honestly, respectfully, and most of all constructively.

Chief Operating Officer, Genessa Stout, sharesWe spend so much of our lives at work and it’s increasingly apparent that employees need the support and space to fully embrace balance in their day-to-day lives. I’m incredibly proud that Tally emphasizes and champions empathy and compassion that further cultivates a culture of happiness where Tallizens are free to bring their whole selves to work and feel supported outside of the workplace too.”

Tally continues to prioritize the happiness and wellbeing of its employees through a variety of benefits. Whether it's taking some time to R&R by the beach with the Unlimited PTO policy or splurging on a new home office setup with the yearly employee stipend, these perks ensure that employee happiness and a healthy work-life balance are always a top priority for the company.

Comparably Awards are based on feedback provided by current employees who anonymously rated their employers on Comparably.com during a 12-month look-back period. The award for Happiest Employees is determined through a combination of factors, including positive environment, fair pay, great benefits, excitement about work and co-workers, clear company goals and investment in them, and pride in the company. The award for Best Work-Life Balance is determined through an assessment of work-life balance at the company, average hours worked per day, lunch break lengths, and if the employee feels burnt out.
