Terms of Your Electronic Payments

You authorize Tally to make an electronic debit from your checking account and, if necessary, electronically credit your account to correct erroneous debits. You understand Tally must be notified by 11:59 p.m. PT of the day before the payment date in order to cancel this authorization. Same day payments cannot be canceled.

When you authorize an Electronic Payment (also known as an ACH Debit) with Tally, you acknowledge and agree that ACH Debits authorized before 5 p.m. PT will apply the same day; otherwise, they will apply the next business day. The amount will be withdrawn from your checking account in 1-2 business days after the payment is applied. You certify that you are an authorized user of this bank account.

Acknowledgement of ACH Debit
Tally will send you a notice within two days of payment confirming the amount and the date of the initial debit when your authorization has been processed.

Electronic Authorization Consent
To use our ACH Debit online service, you must agree to receive the terms of the authorization electronically. You also agree that once you reply with “I Approve” or “I Approve” with a certain payment option, this constitutes your electronic acceptance of the terms of the authorizations by means of a valid and binding electronic signature that will have the same force and effect as a handwritten signature by you.

Hardware and Software Requirements
In order to receive any ACH Debit-related disclosures we must send you by law, you must have the following hardware and software:

  • A computer or mobile device with an internet connection;

  • A current web browser that includes 128-bit encryption with cookies enabled;

  • A valid email address and phone number; and

  • Sufficient storage space to save Electronic Disclosures or an installed printer to print them.

We may change these requirements and, if we do so, we will notify you promptly of any material change to these requirements.
