Tally Premium Electronic Fund Transfer Authorization

Payment Authorization

By enrolling in Tally Premium you agree to pay a monthly subscription fee of $4.99 (“subscription fee”) each month. You authorize Tally Technologies, Inc. (“Tally”) and any of its agents, on a monthly basis, to electronically debit the subscription fee from the bank account linked to your Tally Premium account until you cancel your Tally Premium account.

If you are offered a free trial when enrolling in Tally Premium, you must cancel your enrollment in Tally Premium on or before 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the day your free trial ends. Cancelling is simple: Email help@meettally.com from the email address associated with your Tally Premium account and state that you wish to cancel your Tally Premium account. Once you are a subscribing user of Tally Premium (not part of a free trial), you must email help@meettally.com by 5 p.m. Pacific Time at least three business days before your next billing date to cancel your Tally Premium account. Monthly subscription fees are not refundable.

If you cancel your Tally Premium account, or if you do not notify Tally of changes to the bank account linked to your Tally Premium account, your enrollment in Tally Premium will be discontinued and any payments scheduled through Tally Premium will be cancelled.

Please note that Tally retains the right to change the terms and the amount of the subscription fee for Tally Premium in its sole discretion, but Tally will notify you in advance of any such change.
