Recurring Electronic Debits Conditions

I authorize Tally to make recurring electronic debits from my checking account and electronically credit my account to correct erroneous debits.

I understand this will take effect on the auto-deposit date, and Tally must be notified by 9 a.m. PST on the auto-deposit date to cancel.
